As medalhas digitais são atribuídas pela Câmara Municipal de Lisboa aos candidatos que realizem com sucesso os desafios digitais propostos durante a formação “Competências Digitais” e comprova o domínio de competências digitais essenciais do Passaporte Competências Digitais.
